The 5th of February is celebrated as Kashmir Solidarity Day every year to express our unwavering political, moral and diplomatic support for the just struggle of our Kashmiri brethren in pursuit of their right of self-determination, as enshrined in the UN Charter and relevant UN resolutions. With reference to 5th Feb 2023, Kashmir solidarity day was celebrated in FG Public school No.1 Girls Taxila. Special programmes were organized in which staff members and students expressed their solidarity with the people of Kashmir. Students presented tableaus and songs with reference to the struggle of Kashmiris and expressed their views in accordance with the theme. In her special message, Mrs Najma, the principal of the school emphasised the importance of the day and encouraged the students to remain aware of the historical aspects of the issue.
